Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our activewear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your items, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Sports Bras (due to intimate nature of the product)
- Leggings (if hygiene tags have been removed)
- Graphic Tees (if the graphic shows any signs of wear)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return/exchange request.
- Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for authorization – our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and labels.
- Ship your return to the address provided with your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. For exchanges due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned items
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement (typically 3-10 business days after we process the refund).
Exchange Processing
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
- If the exchanged item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items unless the exchange is due to our error
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the error and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns. Replacement items will be shipped promptly at no additional cost to you.
