Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Sports Bras (due to intimate nature of the product)
  • Leggings (if hygiene tags have been removed)
  • Graphic Tees (if the graphic shows any signs of wear)
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return/exchange request.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Wait for authorization – our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  4. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and labels.
  5. Ship your return to the address provided with your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. For exchanges due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned items
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement (typically 3-10 business days after we process the refund).

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
  • If the exchanged item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items unless the exchange is due to our error

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the error and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns. Replacement items will be shipped promptly at no additional cost to you.
